The best way is to use the glove and start to develop the natural pocket. When you are not using it, place a baseball (or softball if that is what you play) in the pocket area. Tie a strong string, or wrap a belt around it, or wrap a bungy cord around to hold the shape. Some people like to place a heavy weight on the glove but I like to use this method as I do not really want to flatten my glove, just want to develop the pocket.
At the end of the season, rub Neet's Foot Oil into the leather using your bare hand. The friction and heat from your hand will help get the oil into the leather. This oil will protect the leather during the winter's dry air. Dry off the glove by wiping off the excess oil and set the glove aside so the leather can absorb the protective oil.
using it would work the best, when your not using it, put a ball in it, and put it under your mattress and sleep on it.

If you have already bought the glove then the above answers all are pretty good. If you haven't bought the glove yet and its for a small child, 5-7 years old, then look for a glove that is already pretty much broken in. Mizuno has a few gloves that are for younger players that offer a quick break-in and a feature called "power close".
