Is it true Craig Biggio of the Houston Astros CAN'T grow facial hair?

Question:I heard this somewhere I think.. back during the playoffs sometime ago the 'stros were growing out their beards until they lost. I heard the reason craig biggio didn't is because he can't grow facial hair.. is that true?
