Alive? Unsure. Nolan Ryan was clocked over 100 MPH a few times. There will always be debate on that issue because over the years pitchers were timed by different types of rader guns.
Bob Feller was timed by one type the year he was 17-years old and fanned 17 batters in a game. Years later a more reliable gun was perfected.
Bottom line... no one really knows. Could be a guy in the minors right now or even in college.
