Question:If the chicago cubs are getting sold will they likely leave chicago?
Answers:
How do you throw an effective sinker?
deffinately unlikely. they feel very at home and there with their huge fan base and of course Wrigley Field. so no worries if they are sold, your chicago cubs will remain at "home"Why is there a C behind the T in the Minnesota Twins Logo?
noNot a chance. They were sold for 8.2 billion dollars or something like that but teams get sold all the time. The Cubs are so ingrained in Chicago they'll never move and no investor would be stupid enough to try.
Jack Clark or Will Clark, who was a better player?
No way in hell. They draw 3 million fans a year. What is no New York Yankee allowed to have?
They'll be sold after the season. The only people being talked about as possible buyers are Colangelo and Cuban, and neither of them would move the team from Chicago.Personally, I'm rooting for Mark Cuban. Every team sport needs a Mark Cuban-esque owner.
Who is the last position player to play a pitcher's roll,in the majors?
i don't think that the cubs would leave Chicago. the cubs are just apart of the city and there's no reason why they can't stay here where they belong.NO! all this means is that the Chicago Tribune will not own the team any more... Where else would they go and expect to have as great of a fan base as Wrigley?
I very seriously doubt it. It'll be interesting to see what happens with Wrigley, though. I remember a couple of years ago when Walter E Smithe jewelers made a rather large contribution to the team the rumor got out that the stadium was being renamed Walter E Smithe Field. It's definitely a classic ballpark with tons of history, but it needs some maintenance.
