Just relax, take deep breaths, and have confidence in yourself. It really does work! Trust me im a really good hitter and i just use these techniques. Also just zone everyone and everything else besides the ball. Just relax, you will do good i have confidence in you. I get really bad nerves when im up to bat also... just remember to keep your eye on the ball! GOOD LUCK!!

the best was one time some one had an Aflack sound maker that when ever you pushed it sais "aflack aflack acfllllack" so each inning some one would put it in there pocket and press it at random times and you would see everyones face go from serious to laughing, at the end of the game that we lost by like 2 runs (also the team that won won the championship) one of the girls started to cry and she was the one that had the aflack thing in her back pocket so one of the other girls comes runing up and smack her butt and you hear the aflack thing it was great sooo funny and the best part was the coach had no idea what was going on. anlso alot of water fights

Don't care how you do. That helped me. I just started to stop worring about how I was going to do, and excelled. Baseball is the only sport where you can be unsucessfull 7 out of 10 times and still be considered sucessfull with a .300 average.
