No he did not admit to taking steroids. He got "big" from lifting weights with the right trainers.MLB does not want to take responsibility for the steroids issue. If Bonds had taken steroids he would failed a test.
When he saied he used a "cream" he did not say a steroids cream. When he stated that he was just pointing out the idea that MLB is ignorant to the issue. That is why other ball players have failed the steroids testing. Bonds has not failed a test.

All he admitted to was someone he knew may have given him steroids when he was told it was flex seed oil and arthritis cream. So to answer your question; unless your a giants fan, yes he knowingly took steroids,but not man enough to admit it.

He didn't admit it as far as i know, but of course Bonds was on steroids, but the thing is he has always being a great player. Look the thing about the steroids issue is who get all the benefits and the answer is MLB teams owners, they knew that players was using steroids to increase their performance and they where happy because they where paying for mediocre players who did amazing things (Brandy Anderson 51 homers as the o's first bat), the thing with bonds is that he is maybe the greatest player ever play the game see his numbers: 700HR, maybe 3000 Hits, 5002B, 500SB, more than 1000RBI, 1000Runs, MVP, Gold Glover, All star gamer, and if you take out his number until the 2000 season he was for sure a future hall of fame. They are players like Sammy Sosa (I'm from DR but that doesn't makes me irrational about the subject) that without his three season of 60 HR or more he will end his career with almost 500, see the difference between these 2 players, but lets talk about the pitchers as an MD that I'm there is not other group of player that can get more benefits from steroids than the pitchers, and see this, since the steroids issues how many pitchers have wins at least 18 games? and before?. . The steroids wasn't illegal in baseball at that time, remember Giambi, when asked he said yes, so did he get into any trouble?, the issue is that players like Biggio, that has being one the most productive players in the last decade and no one notice him because of the numbers of players like Luis Gonzalez and others that change their performance in a way that is absolutely ridiculous. One of the greatest problem with the steroids in this day (mainly here in dominican republic) is that trainers are giving steroids to young prospects so they can increase their performance and get better bonus to sing without thinking in those kids future. That is just my point of view some will concur with me some others not but that is the whole idea of this forums see others people opinion.PS.
