As a Yankee fan I have to root for my team but things don't look very good for my Bombers. As long as they were hitting I figured that would sustain them until the pitching found itself but now the bats have gone silent as well. This could be a make or break series for the Yankees. Forget Boston for the moment. If the Yankees can't compete against the Mets, who are on the same level talent wise with the Red Sox, I can't see them doing much of anything once they go to Boston. I love my Yankees but I'm a realist as well. Anything less than a sweep against the Mets is a failure. The Yankees. They probally will win game 1 since Pettitte is better than Perez and Perez have given up five hr's in 7 games so the Yankees should get atleast one while Pettite should shut down the Mets. Game two even though Glavine is a big name Rasner still is doing good. Game two the Mets win slightly. In Game 3 John Maine going to get rocked for the first time this year.
