Do the brewers have enough to win a world series?

Question:

Answers:

How many of the 1950's Yankees are still alive and who are they?

I really believe that the Brewers have what it takes to win the division. I am a die hard Cards fan and from what i have seen of this years brew crew, they have been playing dominant baseball. That being said as a cards fan i know what can happen in the playoffs, and that is anything. so if the Brewers can get to the playoffs healthy they might just do it. Now this also means that Hardy needs to keep riding the wave he has goin right now, because he is playing out of his mind right now. Also a key to the early success of this team is the pitching, the addition of Suppan is a solid move for ANY team, and a healthy Ben Sheets is one of the best in the game, so if they can stay healthy this team is going to be a tough team to beat.

Are there any mets fans here?

i don't think so. I think the mets and braves are better than them in the NL.

early pick to win the series is the red sox with the pitching and the offense hasnt hit full stride yet.

How do you do that sign Sammy Sosa does with his hands?

Yes, they are for real. They have a solid pitching staff with 5 good starters and a solid bullpen. Sheets, Suppan, Capuano, Bush, and Vargas are by far the best in the NL Central if not all the NL (SF and SD might be better). The lineup is pretty young but has loads of talent. Prince and Hardy are among the HR leaders right now and should hit well all year. Throw in Weeks, Hall, and Jenkins with them and you have an above average lineup. I don't think anyone wants to face this team in the playoffs.

Who thinks the mets are having a good season?

No, but they are going in the right direction their pitching is still shaky. Only Suppan, Counsell, and Grafinino have post-season expierence. Their divsion is the weakest in the NL so they are 17-8 angainst their division and 10-9 angainst everyone else. They probably can win the divsion, but thats about it. But, hey than again look at the Cards last year in the regular season and than what they did in the post-season. So stranger things have happen.

What is the number of players on each major league team that have tested positive for steroids?

I tell you what, they look really good. And unless they have a meltdown, they just may win it. The only concern I have is youth. They may lack the experience that other teams have like the Mets and Braves. But the talent is solid and nobody is hitting the ball better right now. I definitely think they can win the division...

Why was Frank Crosetti never a manager in the Majors?

Not if they play like they did against the twin-kies this week-end. Was just nothing positive those first 2 games.

Do you think the twins will make it to the finals?

I do think they are a much improved team. No doubt. I think they are good enough to win their division or even make the playoffs as a wild card team. I however do not believe that they will make the world series this year. It is possible with a few additions, and experience, that they may in the near future. They have made some good moves, and some young talent has really come along well.

MILWAUKEE Brewers real deal?

they need an everyday rightfielder with power and a 3rd baseman that knows how to hit.

they will be active in trade market if they are still in the playoff hunt, ask again in a couple months

Barry bonds and Adrian Beltre for Miguel Cabrera. Is that a good deal?

Nope, They are going to choke. I'll give em until the all star break. They won't even with the central,

Whats the record for all-time RBI and season RBI?

all they need to do is get into the playoffs. from there the hottest team will win. look at STL from last year worst rec in playoffs but still won the WS.

Who is going to win the world series?

They do have talent and they are a good team right now but the one thing they lack.playoff experience. Most of their pitchers are former Diamondbacks that got sent over in trades for Counsell and Sexson back in the day. They were in the minors when the D-backs won the Series so didnt get the experience with them. Suppan won the Series last year with the Cards but he cant pitch every game through the playoffs. They are good team and I definitely see them leading the Central for a while if not all this season but my guess is they fall to the Braves or Mets in the first round consdiering one of those two teams will have to play as a Wild Card.

Baseball: Is Craig Biggio a Hall of Famer?

They'll barely have enough to win their awful division. You've already seen what the rest of baseball is doing to them. They've lost like 7 of their last 10 to teams outside of the horrible NL Central.

Milk Carton Gloves?

The hitting is nice with lost of young talent. I'm not sure if that current pitching staff is good enough to take them all the way to the promise land.

Who had more game winning RBI's in 2006, David Ortiz or Albert Pujols?

Ryan Braun and Yovani Gallardo could definitely give them what they need to reach the playoffs and possibly the World Series this year.

What stadium would you like to visit before you die?

Not this year

Will the mets sweep the yankees this weekend?

Yes very much so and I'm a Cardinals fan and I hate to admit it but the brewers will win the national league this year
