Hey guys he can't put Thome in as an IF because Thome is only eligiable at Util. So that idea is out.I'd put Matsui in the outfield in favour of Delmon.
Like that one guy said, trade Thome for some one like Harang or Brett Myers.
Also there is no way in Hell you can get David Wright for Bill Hall. Impossible! So to that guy, if that ever gets accepted in any of your leagues. I want to be in that league.
Sanchez should be back from the DL soon enough to fill your IF spot.
I like your pitching staff alot. It was big K potential. If you can make the Thome for whom ever deal it only gets better.
podsednik is an ok pick...he just gets stoles bases...his avg runs and rbis have gone down over the past 2 seasons.

Pretty stacked team.The only changes I'd make would be to1.) trade Bill Hall. I've never been that high on him. You should be able to get a decent player for him.
2.) See what you can get for Podsednik
3.) Trade one of those two (or package them both) for an upgrade on Shane Victorino as your backup OF

That is a well stacked team, to be honest it should be more then enough (especially on offense) to take care of business. But, I would look to get David Wright to replace Bill Hall (maybe if your lucky Hall for Wright). Wright is a Breakout waiting to happen. Other then that, maybe Thome for a Semi-Ace (someone like Aaron Harang, or something).How do i get better at hitting?

You have an outstanding team but I would put Matsui in the lineup and put Thome in for Casey. Again I would try and trade for another starter. You could trade Thome, Matsui, or pretty much whoever for another starter. Again you have a great team.What's the chance of Soria becomming the Royals' closer?

Without knowing the set up of your league (points, roto, h2h), it's a bit hard, but I have always been a big fan of a small offensive bench and a big pitching bench.In most leagues, Ortiz and Hafner are both only DH's, if they qualify for IF (if that's a spot in your league), take this with a grain of salt.
Looks like you start 3 positional outfielders and 2 generic ones.
If that's the case, you don't need Victorino or Podsednik. Matsui is now on the DL, don't know if you have another DL spot.
If you have Hafner, Ortiz and Howard, when would you ever use Thome. Trade one (or two) of those that can give you the best bang for the buck.
If your league values Complete games, try and trade for Campuano or Oswalt.
Lackey for Thome would be an even deal, for Oswalt, you may need to work a trade Oswalt and X for Ortiz/Hafner and Y where Y is a bit better than X.
Bill Hall is good, don't be pushed into trading him unless you get something valuable.
Hall and Hafner for Oswalt and an upgrade at 3rd base could be an improvement for both teams.
Richie weeks is really struggling right now, I would rather have BJ Upton covering his butt when he qualifies as 2nd Base in his next game.
Casey is junk, you should never need him with your team.
So, in summary, more pitching, less offensive bench.
