How come when the Cubs trade a Player he becomes a star?

Rondell really started hitting well after he started playing in the outfield last year. When asked about it, he said it really helped him keep his head in the game So, I'd say Rondell White.

The Twins will lose a step or two on defense, but Tyner wasn't a defensive stud anyway, so it shouldn't make much of a difference.

Tyner definitely has more speed on the bases, but White is more of a pure hitter I think. Tyner is best off the bench or as a pinch runner.
