What is the best wood baseball bat?
Question:I'm looking to buy one for myself, I'm 14, 5'7", 160lbs. I play in the Junoirs and want to use a wood bat instead of a metal bat. Also is there a performance difference between the composite wood bats and non-composite? Also I want a bat with a warranty that will last the baseball season(3months).

If you want a bat warranty, then don't get wood. If you have seen the pros, they get bats broken all the time. If you swing hard and take one on the handle, it will break.

I love wood bats, but they do break and crack alot. I probably hhad to replace mine every 5 times last season. Just go to modells or another sports store and by one that is less than 30 bucks.Who in Major League baseball determines if a fielder has committed an error?

Loiusville SluggerFirst off, get a bat about 32" long. that would be good for you size. Get a D-Bat, i think they have a web site, google it. and ya, composite bats get harder as you use them but i dont like them very much, they sound terible

baseballs travel farther than aluminum bats since
they are solid, not hollow. good choice on buying a

Out here where I live we are not allowed to use wood bats at our field (insurance reasons)
