Wrigley Field - Best seats Opinion?

Question:I am think about buying tickets section, I have several choices

Section 208 - 211
row 2-11

I have been told by the Cubs directly that these are decent seats in the sun, and NOT under the overhang (so I can actually see a fly ball. They tell me that I am good anywhere between the first 13 row, after that I am under a over hang.

BUT when is meant when they tickets says

Terrace Reserve infield and Terrance Reserve Outfield...what is the difference ?

If I sit in Sect 209 or 208 anywhere between row 1-11, would I be good ?
