Is there any way the Cubs can salvage this season and make the post season.?

The bullpen is just horrible. That needs to change quick. If they want any chance to compete this year - they need to shore up that bullpen. Dempster is no closer - he will move to the 5th starter spot. That should happen soon.
The offense will come around as the weather warms up, but the defense has been pretty bad recently. Jones has the worst arm in baseball, and he should never play another game ever in right.
How do i learn to throw a slider, curvball, and change up?
Sure it's only May and the besides the Brewers no one in the NL Central is really that good.Which Red Sox starter will garner the most wins in '07?
It's not even the end of May. Or did you not check the calendar.Sure they can if Zambrano ever remembers he's got some of the best stuff in baseball. If he can't start pitching like an ace again the season is a lost cause. I think Rich Hill is for real, but Lilly and Marquis aren't. The offense will put up pretty good numbers by the end of the year, but they can't make up for your best pitcher having an ERA over 5. That won't cut it, especially with the way Milwaukee has started out the season.
Has the "Curse of the Bambino" been replaced by the "Curse of the A-Rod"?
The Cubs need to trade for some starting pitching immediately. Their starters have been inconsistent all season and with Zambrano in a "walk year", they need to either sign him to a long term contract or trade him and get something for him while they still can.More Questions & Answers...
