wow who ever said Chein-Ming Wang, Frank Thomas, Derek Jeter, Andy Pettite, Alex Rodriguez must be kidding themself. Wang is horrible the only reason he won 19 games is because the yankees gave him so much run support last year. He cant strike out anybody. Frank Thomas was exciting like 10 years ago now all hes good for are homeruns and singles because if he hits 1 in the gap he cant run to 2nd. Jeter is a good pick and ARod just chokes under pressure. Pettite was good when the yankees were a dynasty now hes bad.As for the most exciting player this year the answer is Jose Reyes and no im not a Mets fan.

I'd say it's the Japanese players in MLB. Both the hitters and pitchers bring a new and unique philosophy to the game, one that emphasizes timing and speed over power. Then there are the pitchers, like Dice-K and Igawa, who throw four or five pitches from various arm angles, so it seems like they're throwing a ton of different pitches.
