My dad use to put leather conditioner on it work it in and then put a ball in it and rubber band it overnight. i always put leather conditioner on it and let it set overnight or whatever and played catch with it the next day..as long as the other person doesn't gun the ball too hard, it's the fastest way (it seems to me anyway) to break in your glove
.granted.you CAN throw the ball hard, but don't expect to catch a laser at your body all the time

My brother used to do this everytime he had a new glove - wrap the glove with a rubberband to hold it together, and run it over with your car for a while. Then put a ball in the pocket and leave it in the band overnight and condition it the next day, repeat until it's worn in the way you like it.CHEERS

simply wedge it under the wheel of a car and have the car run it over and stay on top of it.

or do it the old fashioned way and just punch your hand into multiple times or throw the ball into it multiple times

You should get some glove oil and rub it over the entire glove about every other day. Also you should work with it as much as possible, either bending it into the shape you want or playing catch. When you aren't using it you should leave a softball in it with rubberbands around it. You should use a softball instead of a baseball becasue it creates a larger pocket inside the glove makeing it easier to catch a baseball.I've used this technique on my gloves and had select league coaches try buying my glove from me at practice.
