I'd first buy my parents' home and property, since they're both in their 70s and don't live in an area accessible to many senior centers or services. I would probably sell their home but keep the land, because it's in the country and is great for camping or vacations.Then I'd give my parents enough money for them to pay off their debts and move to a better location.
