My pick is no Pujols. I think he might have been noticed. But if you look south, there is Michael Young in Texas. He is only the 4th player since 1940 to collect 200 hits for four straight seasons. His defense is stellar - he was MVP of the all-star game last year - and yet no one seems to know about him.

Robinson Cano, last year was a breakout season for him with a .342 batting average and that was with only playing 122 games if he would have had a full season he would have gone over 200 hits. In that yankees lineup he will be able to rack up hits and rbis even as a number 6-8 hitter. I am saying he will have atleast 2-4 batting titles in his career and its quite possible for him to hit 2500-3000 hits. And the most important he is being taught by Derek Jeter which means he will be able to take the reigns when he retires.

My choices would have to be:1- Carlos Lee - Doing big things in small markets.

I guess I would consider these guys under the radar.
