Can anyone describe to me the new Pavilion Club seats at Fenway Park?

these are arguably the best seats in the park. I sat there and saw the Mets and Red Sox when lester pitched, and the view is incredible. In addition, you are served food and pay at the end, much like eating at a restaurant. They are sick seats, and you will enjoy them.
