Who do you think is the best player in the central division?
The only way to get better is to practice all of them as much as possible. I'm assuming that you know the basics of all of these. See if you can get a friend to go to the fields with you at least 3 days a week after school and hit you grounders/flyballs. Work on staying down on the grounders and watching the ball all the way into your glove...same with fly balls.Get your buddy to pitch to you, and work on hitting the ball solid and also hitting it everywhere in the field. Don't try to hit home runs. They will come on their own, at this point you want to get a solid swing grooved so you can be a base hit machine. Go to the batting cages if you have any near your house. These are great hitting practice also.
Pitching...get a bucket of balls and see if your friend will catch for you. Work on your pitching from a stretch as well as a windup. Don't worry about throwing junk (curves)...just work on your fast ball and see if you can learn a change up like a palm ball. Throw 30-40 pitches each day you workout...but don't overdo the pitching. You need to let your arm rest at least a day in between practices.
Other than these basics...just practice, practice, practice. Don't forget to work on your base running..good luck.
