Estimated value of baseball book with signatures...?

Question:The book is called Sluggers and has 27 old/new stars. The signatures are Aaron, Mantle, Mays, DiMaggio, Kiner, Musial, Reggie Jackson, McCovey, Schmidt, Brett and Canseco. Most have career HR # annotated. I'm not looking to sell and really not looking for a formal appraisal but curious. Thanks. Keith
