They have advanced equipment that will give a good idea about when the rain may stop. They will not call a game unless there is a 95% certainty that the rain will not let up.

IF the Angels are lucky [which is not a given] they will be rained out. After snow, sleet and wind on their roadtrip, if their game AT HOME is rained out tonight they will have hit for the weather circuit. Give the bullpen another day or rest.
