That's just him asking for attention. He likes to joke around and seem like a bully, and he loves the fact that all the warriors fans are making signs about him and showing their masking throwing a pie in his face on the big screen in the arena. Charles is funny sometimes, but sometimes he just comes across as an idiot. In this situation, i think he's funnyi dont know but he was completely wrong and he should be fired not just for that but he's not good on tv.

charles is fine for the TNT broadcasting booth...he just managed to take the wrong side of this match up...you will notice that Kenny and Ernie never take sides and try to stay diplomatic...kenny was never a superstar but did manage a couple of rings, and charles if you didnt know it, had a huge career...just no rings...he is well liked by many players coaches and people in the know in professional basketball ...none of you out there could tell me at the start of the season that the warriors were a good team, because they werent...primarily because they had the other two tall slow players and played half court basketball...even when baron was healthier... it was a slick move by the GM to trade them, get two mobile players, and it was fortunate that barron came back for the last part of the season relatively healthy... if you werent aware, barron's knee is so bad he doesnt practice...so no telling how long his knee will hold out...certainly not long enough for the warriors to build around him for the future... and yes...Ive been following warrior basketball for over 35 years...I was born in the bay...and my good friends cousin George Johnson played center on the last Warrior championship team, the team with Keith Wilkes, Phil Smith, Rick Barry, Derick Dickey and others... you can only tell when a team is good when they show it over time, not one year and out... its fortunate they drew Dallas in the first round because theyve matched up well against them the last two years... I did frown when he said that about Alcatraz...he must not know how cold it is out on the rock at night...BARKLEY SUCKS
I'm going to take the other route on this. I think CB LOVES Golden State and wanted them to win as bad as anyone. He pulled the classic reverse double bad chi action and dissed them to fire them up. It was win win for him. Dallas wins, he's done his job in calling it. Warriors win, he is loving it and they give him crap on camera which makes for great TV. Look at his commercials!
