Kobe by far. Nash looks good just because he's playing with a bunch of shooters and jumpers which lead to tons of assists. Kobe however, will be better then Michael when it is all said and done. So its really an opinion: John Stockton or Michael Jordan.

This is the easiest question on the board tonight...Nash on the Lakers is a layup. The Lakers have good passers and decent shooters. All they need is to spread the floor and have the main ball handler be a distributor. Nash involves everyone. Kobe does not. All his assists happen by accident (meaning out of double team's). Nash is a pass first player...Kobe is not.

Kobe will because if he is in the Suns they are unstoppable. Kobe keeps scoring, Amare rebounding and dunking, and Marion high flying. If Nash was in the Lakers they will be good because Nash and Odom can score, Nash can pass and Kwame can just get the rebound or Bynum.

if you don't think Nash would make a bigger difference with LA than Kobe with Phoenix, you're crazy. Phoenix doesn't have a lot higher they can go, seeing how they are one of the top teams in the league every year. the Lakers are consistently mediocre (around .500), and they could use a catalyst, someone to set Kobe up, take the pressure off of him creating his own shots, and save some of his energy, while unleashing it at the same time in a more uptempo offense.

Phoenix doesn't have far to go to be a Finals team (unbiased, they should be in it this year if not for stupidity), the Lakers still have a ways to go to be a top tier West team, and Nash would get them there. great question
