It depends on what you're looking for.If your team has NO talent: KOBE - he is willing to take the shots and be called 'selfish'. He can cut a dominant post player in half with his ball handling skills and dish off just to throw the opponent off.
If you want SOME talent: LEBRON - he is willing to pass the ball, get assists, and improve players to levels they wouldn't be able to reach with out him (see Gooden). He can cut inside and score with the best of them if he needs to put the team on his shoulders, or dish off and push the assist stats to a new level.
If you have the talent and are ready to win the NBA title: WADE - he's proven that he can get the job done under pressure in the NBA finals. He can handle the ball like few others can, give players who can no longer create their own shots (Gary Payton) chances to put up points, and can even put the team on his back and carry them if need be (when shaq goes down for instance).
OVERALL: I'd take Wade. You don't have the ego that LeBron and Kobe have, but you have all the skills with the ball and creatability of those two - and in my opinion, MORE - that are needed to dominate a game and win in the playoffs. He can pass with the best of them, score, and/or create opportunities that few others can.

i dont know all of them have been improving... but since the injury with d-wade he hasn't been given his all at the playoffs how the heck did miami get swept by the chicago bulls, lebron he has been into with his team he has been more considerate of his team he doesnt want the shine all the time he wants his team too and kobe wow he has been passing the ball more often he has tooken it up a notch, those are some of the best young players we have in the nba :)Would you want Bruce Bowen on your team?

kobe, kobe is a clutch player all he need is a few better players around him and then he could win a championship. of course Lebron, he has stayed on top of his game since he first came to the NBA. Kobe was doing good for the moment but i don't think the lakers has really recovered from shaq leaving. plus who's still in the playoffs,(cavaliers)What have you thought about manu ginobili this playoff season?
Dwayne Wade has ways to go with his game but he's young, I'll give him that. He's amazing when he attacks the rim but can be reckless at times. He also has a nice bank shot from the elbow, smooth mid-range shot but it is inconsistent to a point that he'll make one and miss one. He is a better penetrator then jump-shooter. One of his downfalls is turnovers this year.Lebron is better than Wade in terms of overall ability, reminiscent of MJ. He can attack the basket, dunk, shoot the 3, mid-range, and get his teammates involved. He is a streaky shooter, when he is hot, he is HOT, when he is cold, he can look like a house builder, chucking bricks.
Kobe is the better player out of the three without a doubt. He is the most creative and ferocious dunker. The most consistent jump-shooter, he has unlimited range and must be guarded at all times if not double-teamed. What I like so much about his game is he never settles for the available shot, he always frees himself for the better shot,and even if he doesnt he still takes the most difficult shot and usually comes close to making it. I honestly do not see how he can improve his game, he also is a great defensive player. His game is almost nearly complete as a player, and no other swingman is close to him in comparison. Tracy McGrady, Vince Carter, etc are not even close. They have shown signs of greatness but not consistent enough to be praised on a regular basis or considered better than Kobe.
Lebron and Wade still have room for improvement and time on their side. Lebron is 23 yrs old, Wade is 25, and Kobe is 29 yrs old. Lebron James has probably the brightest future compared to Wade and a chance to do big things
