I have been using jumsoles for 4 weeks?
and have not seen any imprvoment. What i'm i doing wrong?

if u didnt even feel anything (in ur feet, ankles, calves and achilles) the next day after using them the first time, maybe u r doing something wrong? i was sore as hell after using em' the first time...could barely walk.what program have u been using with the jumpsoles?
maybe u should try the drills with a shorter rest period between drills...
or try the pre-exhaust method where u do some jumprope drills with them on and then do the regular drills along with sprints?
