Who would you draft first? (read below)?
Question:The entire NBA has been placed into one huge draft pool and you have the first pick. Who would you take:
for leadership?
for scoring?
for defense?
simply for a championship?
What team would you put them on?
Thanks!

I honestly think the majority of NBA GMs, today, would still gamble on taking Oden first in this type of draft. Considering all the things you listed, Oden is everything to build around. You heard the interview last night on ESPN prior to the lottery? He wanted to be a dentist until his hands grew to be too big. He's just a down to Earth guy. He's a 7 footer will no ego. He is a big time rebounder and shot blocker. He can stop you one-on-one and also score in the post with one-on-one coverage.
Even considering he hasn't played a single game in the NBA, I still would take Oden first in a league wide pool. I would also put him on the Spurs considering their front office knows how to build around a championship level big man.
Should Vince Carter stay with the Nets?
Greg Oden (duhhh) on the Chicago BullsHands down: Kevin Durant
Can some one tell me more about hologram collectible cards from the NBA?
Tim Duncan He helps his team more than any other player and he does it on both ends of the court. He has three rings to show for it and he might get his fourth in a few weeks. If you mean, what if every NBA Team had a chance for the number one pick in this year's draft, then I would say Greg Oden. He could be the next Duncan and he should be on the Suns, of course.
I'd have to go young...I'd probably have to go Lebron followed by Chris Bosh and Grant Hill
wait...kidding of course on that last one
but if we threw out age and it was a one season kind of deal, it would be one of the following
Kevin Garnett
Tim Duncan
Steve Nash
In that order..and i'd put him on the Hawks.not that they're my favorite team.but I like them.and I want them to know what winning feels like again
One on one, Stephon Marbury or John Stockton?
if i want to win now it would be duncan, if im building for the future then i don't care about anyone else give me greg oden. hes got the biggest upside in my opinion.Dale Davis, because of his bright future ahead of him. He has what it takes to take a team to a championship for the next 10 years.
Do you know of any exercises that can improve your vert and improve cardiovascular endurance?
Leadership:Tim DuncanScoring: Kobe Bryant
Defense: Ben Wallace
Championship: Labron James (trust me, in time he will be the guy to lead the team to the championship)
Team: The Boston Celtics, not my favorite time by no means but how great would it be to see them hoist a championship again.
For leadership, scoring, defense, and a championship?
Tim Duncan. To the Celtics. So that Celtics fans would hear David Stern say what we wanted to hear 10 years ago, "For the 1st pick in the draft, the Boston Celtics select TIM DUNCAN!"
What constitutes a dynasty in professional sports?
For leadership it will be Conley from Ohio St. For scoring it will be Durrant from Texas. For defense it will be Oden. Simply for a championship I will have to go with Oden again.Young, strong and talented. with this team I WILL win a championship.
