NBA draft system is good so the teams that tank on purpose wont be rewarded. agree or disagree?
Question:Here is the thing. Memphis managed to lose enough games to secure the worst record, then all of a sudden, they started winning, raising eyebrows.
2nd, Boston managed to have one of the worst records, but still they gave Doc rivers an extension. I find it very fishy, because the way the NBA is, coaches get fired even if they were one game away from making the playoffs.
So I think the system is good, despite many complains, specially that of Jerry West, with all due respect to Jerry West, ofcourse.
Answers:
With regards to the Celtics and the the Grizzlies who were obviously tanking, I think it's fair and slightly humorous that they got completely booted from the top three, despite their complaints.
I'm definitely looking forward to what a very young and very talented Blazers team can do next year with the addition of Greg Oden.
That was so mean wht tha man said about that collage wnba on da radio?
yeah, you're right.i think the system is great. bball is the one sport where you can take that number one player and turn around very quickly
ala y. ming. l. bias s. bowie
just kidding about that but i do actually think that the system is setup well.
better than the nfl were you have the reggie bush playoffs and then the team takes mario williams, seriously
Can you believe Kobe Bryant had these stats in high school?!?!?
Sadly, the teams that tank on purpose often are so clueless that they might not take the right guy, even if there were only one guy to draft. But at least Boston is someplace where a player could get some reasonable offers for endorsements, etc. and supplement his income. Memphis? They deserve it for how badly they tanked.More Questions & Answers...
