Question:my video stream to watch yahoo videos and nba videos doesnt even work it just stays green and the sound comes up but not the video can anyone help me fix this?

Clear your browser's cache.

If you're using Internet Exploder, click "Tools"-"Internet Options", then click "Delete Files". (Wouldn't hurt to go into Settings and, if you have high-speed internet, set the browser cache to 1 MB.)

If you're using Firefox, click "Tools"-"Options", then click on "Advanced" and "Network", then click "Clear Now". (Again, it wouldn't hurt to set the browser cache limit to 1 MB if you have high speed internet)

I work in tech support and we have people trying to view a WebEx streaming videoconference and invariably they get the sound but no video. Once they clear the cache, they get both.
