It is probably at LEAST 37 inches, probably closer to 39.

If you had long arms, you'd have a standing reach of 7'5", and for a clean dunk a 5'6 guy would need to reach over 10'6" to dunk on a regulation 10 foot rim. The difference is 37", which is pretty darn good.

If you have very long arms or you're cheating by dunking on a short rim, then it's less than 37".
If your arms are short and/or you're dunking with both hands, it's more like 40".
