Ok First of all most of you know nothing about basketball. Iversons been my favorite player for 11 years which was the year he was drafted 1996.But I still say that Melo is a better player right now. Iverson even knows that the Nuggets is Melo's team. I still think Iverson is a Top 10 or 15 player but I put Carmelo in the top 7.
I do agree with people who said that Iverson is a better leader than Carmelo. Iverson has matured and he is finally being able to play like a team. And its not all about assists because he got 7-8 assists in Philly but he was a ballhog in Philly. But in Denver he has finally become a pass first guard. And when Melo isnt doin it, the Old Iverson Shooter comes back and he takes the lead.
And for people who say iverson was never good the guy who said he belongs in Streetball. Ok 7 time all star, MVP, Lead a terrible team to the finals by himself. 4 time Scoring Champion. 3rd highest Career average points in the season and in the playoffs. Ask any Sports Analyst if Iverson Retired Today he would be in the Hall of Fame.
Denver can beat the Spurs theyre just coming off a 8 game winning streak against teams like Dallas Pheonix Lakers UTah. Kleiza who turned from a nobody to an amazing role player. Camby who should be Defensive Player of the Year. Melo, Amazing Talent. My boy Iverson, Blake who has been a great point guard, Dont be suprised if Denver get past the Spurs.

I think that AI is better at this point given his years in the league. I think that as Melo matures even more, he'll eventually be a better ball player than AI.GO NUGGETS!

Allen iverson definitelyCARMELO ANTHONY..I play fantasy basketball and even with carmelo's 15 game suspension, his overally output was MUCH BETTER than Iverson's. He's a smart basketball player. If his shot is not falling, he drives to the hoop and draws an and1. Iverson takes poor shots at the wrong timing. Allen Iverson is better off playing streetball for the And1 tour..he gets twice as many turnovers than Carmelo and does not know when to pass the ball.
