Do you feel sorry for Kobe Bryant and the Laker struggles?
Question:Kobe... Great talent. Offensively probably the best in the league. I just personally can't feel sorry for a guy who basically single handedly tore apart an entire franchise in their prime. I mean... If Shaq never left they would probably still be winning.
I know that Kobe fans say his current teammates aren't any good and that they don't play team ball... But you can't expect a "team" to play like one when you have 1 guy shooting as often as Kobe does. Then Kobe for 1 or 2 games won't shoot at all and depend on his teammates to do it... That won't work because they are use to watching him do it the previous 15 games. Until Kobe learns to play Team Basketball "all the time..." The only future titles he'll be winning are scoring titles.

the question is would you rather have Kobe be a team player and have a lot of loses, or would you rather have your best player shoot more and have more wins, other than that his team needs to step up. Hes been consistent with passing the ball with his teammates but it always resulted in a turnover or a bad shot, its all due to injury, I can see Kobe passing the ball more often next season as his team is back to being healthy again.. hopefully. And yes I feel sorry for him because his former teammates just left him because they knew without Shaq they would not have been a winning team. And anyway, if Shaq had stayed, Kobe might have won one more title, but that would be it. True Kobe made some very stupid decisions that lead up to the team losing to the Pistons and blowing up the team. But, Shaq is just as responsible for that fiasco as Kobe. Shaq had been whining and B l T C l -l l N G for two years about how he was underpaid, then tries to embarass he owner by shouting "Pay Me" after a dunk on TV. That is why he was traded. Shaq could not deal with sharing the lime light, it happened with Penny in Orlando, Kobe in L.A, and you watch and see how long D. Wade puts up with Shaqs laziness. I don't think the Lakers would have kept winning with Shaq. Remember, three years in a row they got punked by the Jazz with Shaq as the starter. Kobe was not a starter until 2000, then the championships came.
