Do the Piston's have a lock on the NBA title, or will someone step up and derail them.?
To the blogbaba the Pistons look all but invincible, am I jinxing them or should the NBA just give them the rings right now.

i think that the cavs are a serious threat, they might get 2 or 3 games from them in the eastern finals...but i got my money on the spurs or the suns, whoever wins that series is going home with the championship.

Well, there is a Western Conference, you know. The Suns and Spurs won 61 and 58 games. The Pistons won 53. The Pistons are blazing their way through the playoffs because they've played Orlando and Chicago, not necessarily because they're dominant in the league. It ain't as easy of a call as you think.I like to think the Pistons would win, but right now the teams in the West are favorites and whoever comes out of the East the underdogs.
It's likely that either Phoenix or San Antonio wins the Western conference, and those are pretty tough teams. I earnestly think Detroit would beat them, but I'm in the minority- the Pistons are underdogs, and there's not much you're jinxing.

I'm a Detroit fan but will have to admit that I was hoping the Mavs would get to the Finals to go against the Pistons. The Spurs can play physical with Detroit and could beat them in a 7 game series but I don't think Dallas could have. Detroit would rough up the Mavs even worse than the Warriors did. The Suns I am not so sure Detroit can beat but I think it will be close.They have a chance against everyone but the Spurs. The Spurs is the only team that can beat the Pistons at their own game.

I think the Spurs would take care of them in the Finals.I would say they have a lock on the east. Their dominance of the Bulls though doesn't mean they will easily run through any of the western teams that are still alive.

If they continue to play as they have been playing I don't think there's any stopping them. I've never seen them more focused and motivated.are u serious>? dude like the east sucks thats why the piston are sweeping. they will never beat the great teams in the west like the suns or spurs. hands down the san antonio spurs are going to win it all and i hate the spurs, but they are the best team and i admit that.
