Did Dirk Nowitski deserve to beat out Steve Nash for MVP?
Len Bias was not a bust. He died a tragic death and it wasnt a habit. It was only his second time doing cocaine and according to the book about the whole situation, he was told by other members in that room to not lean back so it wouldnt go straight to his brain, yet, Bias did anyway. He had a feeling of invincibility around him. He was a 6'8 monster and basically had the world at his fingertips. He was an All-American and won back to back to back Male ACC Athletes of the Year. He made a mistake, and it turned out to be his last mistake. Bias was not a bust, although his potential was great and the Celtics were counting on him to continue the dynasty that they had built in the 80s, he never got a chance to prove himself. You can consider guys like Chris Washburn and William Bedford from the same draft as busts because they had the opportunity to play in the NBA. Bias, sadly, did not. He is just a tragic example of a dangerous lifestyle. How can i buy an NBA playoff game on my computer?
Although he tragically lost his life. I would say he was a bust to the Celtics.I say because he died way before his time that he never really got a chance to show his true potential. So no I don't think he was a bust.
Who do you think will Win Spurs or Jazz?
Of course he was a bust2nd pick who didn't play at all because of his own bad habits resulting in his death.
a 2nd pick with high hopes who throws all of that away and doesn't play at all has to be a bust. You can't say he lived up to expectations.
how could a guy who died a tragic death before he even played an nba game be a 'bust' !!!
