I would say it is about even. They are not as dominating as last year, but neither are the Miami Heat. So instead of having two top-tier teams gunning for the finals, you have one top-tier team and three second-tier teams with a reasonable shot (Cavs, Heat and Bulls).GO SO-CALIFORNIA TEAMS! not sure about that.. but with the addition of c-webb (versatile passer).. it does help them a lot more on the offensive sidei think the cavs might sneak up on some people.. and who knows how miami will do (the playoffs are totally different from the regular season) so you you can't count them out
