I think it's gonna be Duke. Only because he has spent the most time with them along with Virginia (but only cause Virginia is so close to home for him). The reason why he'll pick Duke over Virginia is simple: Coach K. Right now, Duke is stacked in sophmores and freshmen, they will be a top 5 powerhouse in a year or two.

Haha, what if Patterson went to USC somehow and it was just him and Mayo, Huntington High School Reunion. That would be ridiculous...
