Who is going to win the playoffs?
There are only a few players that even have a shot at this award. Duncan, Ben Wallace( he always has a shot), and Marcus Camby. I think it would be a shame if Camby does not get it this year. He has been relativly healthy( healthier than year) and he is 1st in blocks, 4th in boards. Those are awesome stats. Statisitcally, Camby is the best defender in the league, and I believe after watch well over 100 games this season that Camby is the best defensive player of the year.R the chicago bulls going to beat the pistons?
I think Tony Parker will win the defensive player of the year award because he has a ton of steals this season.Should the Warriors start loading their boats now?
Well first of all its going to be from the Spurs! Which is Tony, Tim, Bowen! somebodyDoes Nowitzki really deserve MVP?
I vote for Bruce Bowen. All around excellent defender. No one likes going up against him.Probably Camby or Duncan

Dwight Howard.
Assuming oden leaves OSU...who will be #1 in the NCAA preseason polls next year.?
I think it will come down to Camby or Duncan. I think there is a sentiment that Camby has always been a great defender, and that this might be his only crack that the award, given how often he is injured. However, Duncan hasn't won the award, and I think a number of experts are recognizing that Duncan has gone from underappreciated to completely forgotten. As such, a large number will put their vote toward him in the only category he has a shot of winning, sort of as an MVP consolation prize.
How do I improve my basketball skills fast?
Sure it seems like Marcus Camby should be on the top of the list with his league leading blocks (3.2 per game) and his defensive board average (9.3) which is second only to Kevin Garnett's (10.4). However; take into consideration that the Nuggets are permitting 104 points a game, fifth worst in the NBA. How can the best defensive player in the league be on one of the league's worst defensive teams? There is no way!My vote is for Shane Battier. Battier makes his living as a hustle player on the defensive end, where he defends three positions (shooting guard, power forward, small forward) with a high degree of skill, nets a good number of blocks and steals, dives for loose balls, and frequently draws offensive fouls from his opponent.
