What types of food are good to eat before basketball games?

You wouldn't want to do that much exercise on a freshly full stomach, but if you eat a couple of hours in advance, the goal would be to eat a low fat (for easy digestion) carbohydrate heavy meal.Spaghetti without sauce, with maybe just a very light olive oil and herb mix on it would be very good. A pat or two of melted butter would help flavor and wouldn't make it too fatty to matter.
If it were me, I'd mix in some sundried and fresh tomatoes and some small bits of brocolli for more carbs and flavor, plus they are good for you, and will help keep the entire mix really stable as it works through your system, if you know what I mean.
Another option which would accomplish the same goal much more quickly, would be a big glass of orange juice.

something light ...noodles...i use to eat noodles a couple of hours b4 soccer games!Get completely full on pancakes or waffles or any breakfast-type food 2-3 hours before the game. Drink some gatorade slowly over the last hour or so before the game, but don't chug it all down at once.
Once you get on the court, you'll have all the energy you need.
