Future Houston PG ?
Question:If u were the GM for the Rockets and you needed a versatile/veteran PG who would u trade/hire?
List top 5 and reasons why u choose em'..
In my opinion
1. Steve francis - He's an ex-rocket, great ballhandler, and most important; passer..
2. Mike bibby - On of those elite PG of the Current NBA
and so on.
Answers:
Who will win the NBA playoffs?
1. Jason Kidd- He has experience and can dish out assists to T-Mac and Yao. He will also be willing to get out of New Jersey because nothings happened there for a while.2. Mike Bibby- Still a great point guard, looking for a better team.
3. Steve Francis- He was a bust with the Magic and Knicks, and may want to come back.
4. Deron Williams- He is a star on the rise with the Jazz. He can be the leader of a team.
5. Chauncey Billups- But he won't leave Detroit.
What do you think will happen in the second round of NBA playoffs?
With a very young General Manager in Daryl Morey, 35, and a vacancy at the head coach position. I believe that the Houston Rockets prospects would be very thin as whomever they do decide to get would have to get the approval of not only the new Rockets head coach (as the point guard is the extension of the head coach on the court) but also the blessing of GM Morey. You mentioned Steve Francis, he would be on top of my list as from what I have heard, he is really itching to get back to the State of Houston. As for Bibby, I don't think the Rockets would be willing to part with any of their main pieces such as McGrady, Yao, and Battier.
Hope this helps!
What nba didn't ever won the championships?
franchise is perfect and will come alot cheaper than BibbyAren't you happy NBA Kings fired coach Eric Musselman in their worst season ever?
I don't think either of them would really be a good fit in Houston. Neither McGrady or Yao play particularly strong defense, I mean yes Yao can block shots but other than that he's not a good defender, so I think they need defenders, a defensive minded PG that is alos a good passer. The most obvious choice of the available guys is Brevin Knight. I know it's not a glamorous choice since he's a complete hole interms of scoring, but as long as they have so many holes defensively they need a guy like that and he really is a great passer. Should he become available, which i doubt he will, Kirk Hinrich would be the ideal fit for the Rockets. He's not a star, but he's a great passer and shooter, and he's capable of defending just about any guard in the league effectively.Who else thinks the NBA Screwed up again?
Maurice Williams1. Easier to get; maybe even using just the MLE; overall a more realistic target
2. Fits with Tmac and Yao; will be a great role player for them
3. Is considered to be a pass first PG, which the Rockets need
4. Can help in the rebounding department even though he is just 6'1
5. Shoots at a good percentage, specially among PGs
take mike conley from ohio state. he,s polished and is gonna be a star
Which players will be leaving the Lakers?
they should try and make a run at chauncey billups.... he is a great floor leader and would be a great compliment to yao and tmacWhat does row SRO stand for in a basketball game seating?
Hopefully NY buys out Francis this summer, he's gotten the shaft ever since leaving Houston, I'd like to see him go back.More Questions & Answers...
