Try to be mentally prepared for the game. I get nervous too, but i always try to use that energy on the court. Before the game, don't make goals like "I'm not going to make any mistakes." Instead, think "I'm going to play to the best of my ability."Think positive too.

i was the same too! i started for my girls skool team and i brought my ipod and blasted music befor . good pumping up songs so then u r not thinking bout ur nerves ur thinkin bout the music while gettin pumped at the same time. ... i listened to songs like Remember the name by fort minor or King Kong u no good pumpin up songs . hope i helped. good luck..
