How do you feel about Tmac almost (almost?) crying and walking out of that press conference?
Question:I saw it only partially because of the fight, but damn it was pretty dramatic. What did they ask him at the press conference? Did he actually drop a tear or just almost? You think this will help motivate him and his team next year, or too much emotion for the media to soon scrutinize? I want to see how the media flips this, hopefully positive, but whatever, maybe he should man up.
Now your thoughts. Thanks.

Cheerleading vs. girls basketball?
First they asked him general questions i.e. "what cost your team the game?"Then "you said this game was on you, do you still feel that way?"
to which TMac replied "I tried man I really tried my hardest"
Then somone asked him something along the lines of"You seem to be the only one creating shots for your team, do you want to see the Rockets acquire somone else that can create shots?"
then Tmac just lowered his head and thought for a few seconds, sat back up with tears in his eyes and muttered " I cant do this" and walked out
He had a great game tonight, but nobody could contain Boozer or secure defensive rebounds late game. This really isn't Tmacs role. However, Jazz got in the foul penalty with 7:30 left in the 4th quarter and for some reason Tmac started settling for the jump shot, like he tends to do, when he shouldv'e been driving into the basket and drawing fouls.
Also, he only shot 37% for the series, which isn't too good coming from your team leader.
EDIT: William...if you are going to type a paragraph that long at least know what are you talking about. Now I'm not saying Yao is anywhere near a player as Olajuwon, and he does definitely have room to improve. But to say that Van Gundy and the Rockets need to learn defense is a complete joke. Houston is well known as one of the best defensive teams in the league. They held their opponents to the lowest fg% in the league and were only behind Detroit and San Antonio in opponent's points scored per game. This is why Van Gundy was so dissapointed, mainly in game 7 in which the Jazz shot 51.3%.
Whats next for the Lakers? KG? Kidd? O'Neal? Jermaine that is..?
i didnt see it where can i watch itOK, what team has the best logo?
rockets are too soft to play a tough game. they are far from a great team.they cant play a big game.nobody can step out to take responsability for the team at the critical time.Tmac is a good player as a person, but he is not a good leader..however,i feel pity for him.Is it true Michael Jordan and his son Jeffrey are not on speaking terms?
They asked him about him never making it into the 2nd round in his carrier. It is quite sad because I believe he is top 5 all time in scoring average in the playoffs, but has never progressed beyond round 1. The guy had 29 points, 13 assists and there he was talking about nailing a key shot, grabbing a loose board or making a key play and how that might have helped the team. Got to say, next year I will cheer the Rockets in the first round, though I don't support them. T Mac deserves to go through. After all he did to keep his Rockets in without Yao, to go out 4-3, not surprised that he broke down.It seems like shaqs game has really dropped off is it that he doesnt really care anymore?
I didn't see the press conference, but I think it would be un-Tracy-like for Tracy McGrady to cry. I mean, yeah, you lost in the first round, but every year other teams go through the same thing, too.Good luck to Houston next season.
Would you rather see Golden State Vs Utah or Dallas Vs Houston in the playoffs?
Personally, it makes no difference to me whether he cried or not. Losing hurts, but it will make him a stronger player mentally if he processes the pain in a constructive manner.I know the media loves to judge everyone on everything, but who cares. The media people are mostly pathetic jackasses sitting up in their little office trying to make their empty lives interesting.
T-Mac is an awesome player and person who needs help in the form of an attacking point guard or forward.
Go Rockets. You've provided me with some amazing seasons since 1985 and I can't wait for more.
Speed up the tempo. Run run run.
Who'll be this year's "defensive player of the year" ?
Did not see the news conference,But If your a four seed or five seed what do you expect. If you want to win a first round match you need a better seed. What was his teams highest seed I doubt he ever been on a one or two seed team thats why. Plus Boozer was probably the pound for pound most deserving player on the court he plays defense scores and monster on the boards. Yao and Tmac are both in the Putting in their dues part of their career. Young players have to do that. The key is for those to concentrate on Defense. Yao can score like Hakeem but not change the game on the defensive side like him he should be able to block 4 shots a game at 7'5 Tmac has scoring moves similar to Jordan or Kobe but not the Perimeter Defense. Yeah they got Shane Battie like a young Bruce Bowen but Bowen aint the only Spur playing Defense. Maybe George Karl or Larry Brown could do better than Van Gundy Brown is great at getting the defense solid. They did good job last year at getting Shane but I think it was not playing Mutumbo more that cost them Tmac did not win games in Yao departure by himself Dikembe Was a monster on D and Rebounds I am suprised the old guy work was rewared in playoffs. I keep feeling he would get injured before Yao got back because they played him so much. He earned more time in Playoffs. Even at his age he is better defender than Yao thats where ROckets main stars must improve Defense and that will give them the higher seed to win it all.
Five seconds to go in the game.?

Why are the San Antonio Spurs so disrespected?
I'll be honest and say I'm an Orlando Magic fan, so I'm a little biased. T-Mac is a whiner, and a cryer. He cried in Orlando one year because the team didn't wish him a happy birthday. When it looks like the season is over he basically quits and sits out entire games for no reason. How can any player of his "caliber" lose 19 games in a row? No matter who you have on your team, you can't lose 19 in a row and be labeled a superstar. He will never lead a team to a championship. The best part of the playoffs for me so far has been seeing him cry like the baby he is at that press conference.More Questions & Answers...
