Duncan and Bowens came off bench during that Elson thing earler in game 4 why no suspensions for them?

Warrior Nation.. Where yall at??
Because they don't have to follow the rules. The NBA is decided that there was no altercation despite the fact that they got up before and on the court while the refs were still trying to figure out what happened and players were still talking. When Amare and Diaw did it, there was NO FIGHT but the NBA determined that it should be deemed as an altercation despite that there was none if the you applied the same rules from the previous one. But they don't.
Oh well, the Suns are going to kick the Spurs a#$ either way.
So are the bulls definitley going to play the heat in the first round?
I am at a loss on that one. The only thing I can figure is that it is the playoffs and not the regular season. Sometimes they tend to be more lenient during the playoffs. So much is at stake and you only have to lose four to be out.Is there any better way to do the NBA draft?
my guess was bc there wasnt a fight going on so they really didnt have a reason to suspend them. They got off the bench when they not suppose to but since nothing happenedit was overlooked by the league.I m sure it happens more
often than we notice.Stoudmire and Diaw picked the wrong time to get up,
If the Golden State Warriors get the 8th spot, do you think they have a chance of upsetting Dallas?
Duncan and Bowen merely stood up. They did not approach any Suns players. It is unfortunate that Diaw and Stoudamire stood when they did but there is little doubt what their intentions were when they went towards Horry. I would hate to see suspensions alter the outcome of the game even though it looks as though it may. The best players should be out on the court but sometimes that is not the case. Maybe a few players will learn from this.Does anyone think the mavs have a chance still?
"During an altercation, all players not participating in the game must remain in the immediate vicinity of their bench. Violators will be suspended, without pay, for a minimum of one game and fined up to $35,000."Official rules.
There was no altercation when DUncan got off the bench, therefore, no suspension.
