Suspension?
Question:The suspension of Amare Stoudemire and Boris Diaw is not fair at all. Horry got suspended for two games, but his contribution to his team is not even close to what Stoudemire contributes to the Suns. Also, Duncan and Bowen were both a few steps onto the court, how come they weren't suspended. What are your thoughts?
Before you say anything about me being a whining Suns' fan, I would like to say I am not a Suns' fan, but I do not like the Spurs after their dirty play in the series. Especially Bruce Bowen, it was obvious his plays are dirty (kicking in the achillies, kneeing in the groin).

The second quarter thing wasn't an incident like attheend of the game and it isn't a few steps on the court rule it's in the immediate viscinity of the bench rule and Amare and Diaw went much further and there was actually an incident to end the gameAll 3 suspensions where pretty much expected with the only surprise being that Horry got 2 games.

A true Champion must overcome all obstacles..I agree with what you are saying. Many people think Amare Stoudemire was near the court because he was getting ready to check in. Amare contributes much to the Suns offense and i think it was unfair for his one game suspension. Cheap shot Horry I feel deserves what he got. Just because you were frusterated how your team was playing doesn't mean you go and hip check Nash. Yes, Duncan and Bowen were a few steps on the court, and not even a suspension! we can't do much about it, but i do agree that the Spurs do play dirty and try to do it when the refs aren't looking. But both teams will survive I'm sure.It will be a good game to watch on Wednesday.

I don't see how a knee to the groin was overlooked first off. In my opinion I don't think Robert Horry should be suspended. Maybe a T and or a flagrant foul. This was blown way out of proportion and its BS that Amare and Boris just happened to be subbed out so they wouldnt get fouled. That just sucks for the Suns. The Spurs had their starters already out on the court so that's why they weren't suspended. I think the rule "you can't leave the bench during a fight" doesn't apply here. I fight never really broke out. The worst part of the "fight" was an elbow thrown. Nothing really went down. This really sucks for the Suns and I think it's unfair to the Suns and it will really screw them over for this series.Get confidense back on the court?
I was at that game last night. Duncan was not suspended because he was already on the floor participating in the game and not sitting on the bench at the time that Robert Horry fouled Steve Nash. I don't know about Bruce Bowen because we were sitting at the opposite end of the AT&T Center and our attention was more focused on the Ref trying to restrain the Sun's coach. I reviewed the play-by-play on the Spurs website and Robert Horry did sub in for Bruce Bowen with 32 seconds left in the game so Bruce should have defintely been on the bench. I am a Spurs fan but I am not defending any of the actions. I will admit we get tired of our team being called "soft" and "boring" but I for one do not want them to sink to the level of other teams out there and become thugs. I will say the Spurs and the fans were becoming tremendously frustrated with the lack of calls on the Refs part. If Shawn Marion had been called for every foul we could see him committing he would have been out of the game by the third quarter. Fans became so frustrated by the lack of calls on the Suns they started throwing stuff onto the arena floor - don't know if the announcement was audible on TV to cease or risk expulsion from the game! I'm not saying it's right, but Bruce is getting caught doing what all the others are doing.
