Should the rule be changed in the nba/?
it,s so obvious horry used that rule to his advantage when he dealt that hard foul to steve nash.players should not be able to abuse the system because a rule is in place. its a shame the suns have to be penalized because of horry,s nasty playing.

Only a retard would not be able to see it was a cheap attempt to get someone suspended.How can you say he knew it would make somebody from the suns get suspended, some of the things I am hearing are rediculous. Horry did not use that rule to his advantage. He probably wasn't even thinking about that rule. He was just being a dirty player with that play. He wasn't thinking "well if I nail Nash, then maybe Amare and Diaw will leave the bench and get suspended."
But, yes, that rule should obviously be changed. Diaw and Amare didn't even really do anything.
The blood rule that prevented Nash from finishing Game 1 should also be changed.

Nope. one can't decide how the rule is interperated with each case. It's plain and simple. Come out on the court, from the bench, and it's a suspension. It was blatant. Yes the rule should change. In the heat of the moment you realy can not control your emotions and leaving the bench is the last thing you think about CHANGE THE RULE!no it shouldnt be changed

yeah definately, Horry robbed the Suns of a great chance to compete in the playoffsyou just go overboard on hating the Spurs, I dislike the Spurs but i dont say ridiculous things like that. He didnt plan to do it. Its one of those moment you have to do something quick without thinking and hesistating. So he did that but put too much power to it.
With less than 20 seconds your team is losing by 2 points, steve nash have the ball and dodge one guy he fouled you and coming at you trying to waste. You have to foul him and stop the play and the time, you have to foul him.He did a good job fouling but he went too aggressive and put too much power, maybe frustation played a role in it.

I'm sorry but horry didn't use the rule to his advantage. they all deserve the suspensions that they got. I am a spurs fan and i think that the league needed to hold its ground on this because if they let amare off for saying that he was on his way to "check in" even though he was no where near the scorer's table, then they are just stupid. It is what it is, and the suns need to live with it. I didn't see any spur players go running over to horry, and every other suns player stayed on the bench after this happened except amare and diaw. So the suns can thank those two for there suspensions, not Robert horry! I might sound like a homer but im just telling you like it is.More Questions & Answers...
