NO question it is Rafer Alston on the Houston rockets. Before he was drafted into the NBA he was on an And 1 street ball team. Sometimes if the rockets are owning at the end of the game and there is no danger of the other team coming back he displays some of his flashy moves he used to do in the And 1 tours. In the past though it was "Pistol" Pete Maravich. He was the one that started to use the crossover and the through the legs dribble extensively. Before him no one actually used it extensively.
