Why can't the suns thrive in half court/defensive situations?
okay, to a certain extent, they can. but against an elite defensive team such as the spurs, they can't get much going. doesnt d'antoni forsee these matchups and at least have a backup plan or something? because if they can't, they're in for rough nights against duncan and company.

Has Jeff Green declared for the NBA draft?
As good as the Suns were(are), nobody except Nash or Amare can create his own shots in the half-court. Even right now, I think Amare can't create his own shot unlike 2 seasons ago where he scored on Duncan at will. Maybe Barbosa can slashed his way to the rim but not against the likes of Spurs, Mavs and Pistons.I think that's why D'Antoni experimenting with the lineups. Inserting James Jones into the lineups means slower tempo but Jones can also help out to double team good PF or C in the low post and if given the chance, James Jones can also be a low post threat because of his size playing in a Small Forward position.
I don't know how it'll work out though

Who has the $15.00 shoes in the nba?
It's because the type of personnel that they have isn't suited for a half court game on a consistent basis. They are more a run and gun team. When they have to play a team like San Antonio then they are in huge trouble.More Questions & Answers...
