Nope. There are two that are relatively close though:

2000 The NY Islanders took Rick DiPietro and the NJ Nets took Kenyon Martin. When you consider that the Giants and Jets play in NJ, i guess this isn't too big of a stretch.

1992 Tampa took Roman Hamrlik and Orlando took Shaq. Same state.
