Let us set the rules aside for a moment. Is it unjust? Absolutely! Now let's put the rules back in. Is it still unjust? Absolutely! As it has been said before, Duncan and Bowen also left the bench, and yet got no suspension.Now let's look at the rules. They are, as they stand right now unjust. Either that or the way they are enforced are unjust. It seems strange that Bowen can get away with intentionally kicking Stoudemire as he went up to dunk (with no penalty, no foul, no suspension, Bowen can also knee Nash in the groin with no foul, no suspension, AND NO VIDEO REVIEW, AND YET... Diaw and Stoudemire got reviewed to see if they left the vicinity of their benches during an altercation. Vicinity and altercation are up for interpretation by those in the NBA home office. If it is not up for interpretation, as they would have you believe, then Duncan and Bowen should also be suspended for leaving the vicinity of the benches during an altercation.
The whole thing is absolutely unfair and frustrating. I am mad as hell and have already emailed NBA.com many times telling them so. I suggest you do the same if you feel as mad as me. Just go to NBA.com, go to contact us, and email them multiple times to let them know how idiotic they are.

I LOVE basketball and since y shitty beloved Sixers aren't playing I have fallin in love with this series. I think Steve Nash is unbelevable and I am so pissed off to see the NBA ruin this series.And if you want ot say they broke the rules and should be punished, fine. But then you HAVE to suspend Tim Duncan for coming off the bench (he was standing on the 3 point line) in the 2nd quarter when one of his team ate went down on a foul.

Not a Suns fan, but I do feel those suspensions were unwarranted. Now, if one of them slammed Horry into the scorers table.......Why did the Mavericks gave up when there's still 8 mins in 4th quarter?
It is really unfair why did they suspend Amare and Boris for standing up in the bench and the NBA didn't suspend Tim Duncan for standing at the bench during the second quarter when Francisco Elson and James Jones Collided...The NBA is obviously biased they like the spurs team to win..The NBA is really unfair.STU JACKSON SUCKS as well as the DIRTY SPURS..Since Amare Stoudemire and Boris Diaw were suspended for leaving the bench in the 4th quarter, why weren't Tim Duncan and Bruce Bowen suspended for doing the same thing in the 2nd quarter?

I totally agree with the they guy above me. IT'S UNJUST. I'm thinking The Spurs planned it all along, Horry and the Spurs knew someone would be flying off the bench. There was only 20 seconds left. Horry knew there would be either be an "altercation" or Nash would be hurt. Either way the Suns would be at the short end of the stick. It was DIRTY. And the NBA is saying it's ok just don't get caught. The NBA is all about money and marketablity, not about the GAME anymore.More Questions & Answers...
