If the Suns get by the Spurs they will win it all. If the Spurs win then the Pistons are going to win it all. Warriors wont make it much further they did their part so I believe the Suns have their best chance ever.Does an up-tempo style like the phoenix suns hold up against the half court offense?
No. think the Spurs will beat the Suns in a 7 games series. Then the Spurs will go on to beat the rockets and then lose to the Bulls in the NBA Finals.i really think they will. And now analysts are jumping on the suns bandwagon. I think this is the first time steve kerr has said suns can win it all. And the reason they will be successfull this year compared to the previous two years, is 1) we have Amare back, which we didnt a year ago. 2) All of our players are healthy in the playoffs, two years ago we didnt have Joe Johnson, who was our 2nd leading scorer and our only perimeter defender and 3 pt shooter, and also raja bell being gone in game 3 in WCF against dallas last year. 3) And we have Amare back. Amare is key for the spurs playoff series. He is a major problem for the spurs, bc he really dominates inside the paint offensively and defensively. He just needs to focus and give it a 100%. If he gives a 100%, he is walking double-double and he will force spurs to either double team him opening up suns outside shooters or going small like they did to dallas last year, and both of these options will hurt spurs a lot. So the key for this series basically boils down to Amare.
