Why did D Wade have knee surgery?
Since it just simple tendinitis, all he needs to do is rest. Surgery is normally considered very rare and in chronic circumstances. I'm not a doctor and haven't had that before but to see past players go through, J Will look what happened to him this season.

"The knee surgery was for patellar tendinitis, a condition that bothered Wade all season and was particularly bad in April when he returned after the shoulder injury.
