Yes, they do and also the team that loses as well.
How do I improve my basketball skills?
when a team wins a championship the league gives that whole organization a bonus. but i dunno about the other rounds. i would assume that most owners or VP's or GM's do give their players and coaches a bonus for making the playoffs and winning a series. but for sure a bonus for winning a championship. any owner who wouldn't give their team a bonus for winning a championship must be a cheap, unappreciative bastard. bonus doesn't necessarily have to be money. Can the NBA's Earl Boykins dunk?
Yes players and coaches all get bonuses and incentives for going farther in the playoffs because the farther you go in the playoffs means the more games and tickets they get to sell to the fans. Plus there is tons of merchandise sales if you make it to the playoffs, finals or win the championship.WHAT DO U HAVE TO GET IN A BASKETBALL TEAM?
yeahyes, kind of like Survivor, the further you get in the playoffs, the more bonuses you get from the NBA. All players in eash team receive the same amount, like last year, Shaq will earn as much bonus from the NBA as Jason Kapono, who only played one playoff game last year. However, I believe the players also get paid for each game the team plays, if you have a contract that worth 10 millions, and your team got swept in the first round then you get paid 10million / 82 X 4.
